For secure grip during exercises, two self-adhesive, scratch-resistant cork pads are included. The patented Lock & Roll tensioning system prevents the line from loosening on one side with a safety pin that is threaded through one of the three slots on each side of the board. At the same time, you tension the loose end by pulling with the included stick. No heavy ratchet is needed, making it particularly portable. The design and high-quality beech veneer create a loose spring effect.
