If a product you purchased from Galaxus is defective or damaged, Returns and faulty products (https://www.galaxus.de/en/after-sales) is your first point of call. There, you’ll be guided through the process quickly and easily. At the end, you’ll automatically receive necessary information with the solution to your case.
If your product has been damaged due to improper use or physical impact (e.g. water or fall damage), we also offer a repair service for a fee. If you choose not to have it repaired, you can choose to have your product sent back to you as is or have it recycled free of charge.
