The iPhone 14 Pro is the perfect iPhone for most people. It offers useful improvements over its predecessor, including the Dynamic Island camera cut-out, Apple's first attempt at always-on technology and a significantly improved rear camera. However, the battery life is still not satisfactory.
With the current generation of Pro iPhones, Apple took the plunge from the long-established 12-megapixel sensor to a higher-resolution 48-megapixel sensor. By default, however, the software merges four pixels (resulting in brighter 2.44-micrometre pixels), so that in the end it still outputs 12-megapixel photos...
