You don't need a fat wallet to take good photos. The Panasonic Lumix TZ91 (370 euros) or the Nikon D3400 (450 euros) take great pictures. If you like to photograph lively subjects, the Nikon D7500 (from 1200 euros) is a top camera. System cameras are a compact alternative to SLRs - such as the still affordable, but already well-equipped Canon EOS M50 (690 euros) or the Panasonic Lumix GX9 (from 800 euros)...
The Canon EOS 80D has everything that demanding photographers need: The images are very detailed and the viewfinder ensures a good view. In addition, there are generous features and a really good display.
