Huawei has taken inspiration from the competition for the appearance of the Sound Joy, but can't quite keep up with the sound. The Sound Joy was developed in cooperation with the French manufacturer Devialet, which is famous for small speaker beasts with brutal bass. The Huawei speaker offers a surprising amount of pressure thanks to open radiators. If the bass wasn't so oversaturated, the device would have the makings of a compact sound miracle.

For those who spend a lot of time outdoors, the Sound Joy should be a lot of fun thanks to its rechargeable battery. For indoors, there are better solutions.
