The Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono develops the formula of the popular T1 model, bringing improvements in sound quality and construction, challenging audiophile-level turntables in its class.

At the core of the T2 Super Phono is a larger CNC-machined chassis than its predecessor, made from high-quality materials with no plastic parts whatsoever. The technically precise design ensures a sturdy structure that effectively eliminates unwanted vibrations and resonances. The glass platter is thicker and heavier, achieving more stable speed and higher quality reproduction. The 9" aluminum tonearm features updated low-friction precision bearings designed with increased length and diameter in mind. The highlight is the factory-installed and adjusted Sumiko Rainier MM cartridge with an elliptical needle: this high-quality cartridge combined with an excellent phono preamplifier provides enjoyable playback from vinyl records. Additionally, the Super Phono model features an exceptionally high-quality, dual-stage split MM phono preamplifier that can also be switched off.

As is customary, it comes with an electronically controlled, high-speed AC motor, gold-plated RCA connectors, and a Pro-Ject Connect It E turntable cable specifically designed for turntable use and effectively shielded from interference.
