The Galaxy Watch4 Classic tracks distances, times, heart rate, and more during your fitness program, while the new bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) can determine your body composition. Based on the insights into the proportions of muscle, bone, fat, and tissue in your body, you can tailor your training accordingly and track your progress. For a comprehensive wellness approach, you can also monitor your circulation through the blood pressure and ECG functions, and receive reminders for necessary breaks during stressful times.

Through the Google WearOS operating system and its Play Store, you can download many popular Google and other Android apps to your smartwatch. For convenient mobile payments, you can choose between Google Pay and Samsung Pay. While your smartphone stays at home, the Galaxy Watch4 Classic can stream music, audiobooks, and podcasts from its large internal storage to compatible Bluetooth headphones. In the LTE variant, songs can be downloaded directly from streaming services, and you can also receive calls without your smartphone. The smartwatch can remain on your wrist while it rains, during handwashing, or while showering, as it is protected against water up to five atmospheres (5 ATM).
