Die Kamera von Smartfrog speichert ihre Videos ausschließlich in der Cloud. Sollen sie 30 Tage statt 4 Stunden abrufbar sein, kostet das 15 Euro pro Monat. Dank mitgelieferter Wandhalterung lässt sie sich flexibel in der Wohnung positionieren. Die Videoqualität im Test war leider recht flau.

    Ob Miete oder Kauf, die Smartfrog-Kamera erfüllt ihren Zweck und liefert gute Bilder am Tag und in der Nacht - solange man den 20-fach-Digitalzoom nicht komplett ausreizt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Download von Aufnahmen klappt bislang nur am Computer, und die Auflösung der Clips wird dabei auf 640 Zeilen heruntergerechnet.
