Overall ratingVery good88/100
Many wireless speakers promise stereo sound, even with just one speaker. Regardless of whether they are wireless speakers or Bluetooth speakers - the solo speakers contain speakers for the left and right channels. But with just one speaker, the stereo base remains narrow: the distance between the left and right speakers within a speaker is simply too small...
Good76/100

- Compact dimensions
- Wide range of music (playback)
- room-filling sound
- Somewhat few interfaces (no LAN connection) and supported audio formats
No question: the Sonos Era 300 delivers a great sound experience when playing Dolby Atmos music, especially in smaller rooms. However, it is not a fully-fledged sound system for your flat-screen TV at home.

The Sonos Era 300 are excellent smart speakers with clear weaknesses when used on a notebook or PC. They score with excellent audio quality and good app support. The set-up worked flawlessly and quickly with the Sonos app. The use was flawless via App and TV, via Airplay 2 and a MacBook Pro 14 there were always small problems...

- Very good sound
- Simple set-up and operation
- WLAN, Bluetooth and more
- Expensive
With the Era 300, Sonos heralds a new generation of sound. The multi-room speaker sounds excellent - and thanks to automatic calibration, it does so in every room. Sonos has also revised the operation directly on the device and made it much more convenient. Then there's the look, which is of course a matter of taste, but we like it very much...
Very good87/100
- Good sound with Dolby Atmos tracks
- Bluetooth
- Improved user interface
- Room calibration Sonos Trueplay now also with Android
- Quite expensive (especially as rear speakers)
- USB-C interface only usable with adapter
Very good85/100

- impressive soundscape
- unique design
- good connectivity options
- High price
- Less integration into the Apple ecosystem
High-quality, feature-rich speaker with impressively full sound for its size. However, the HomePod integrates better into the Apple world.
