The Sony Xperia E5 is an Android smartphone with a good, large display. It is very suitable for surfing and emailing and good for GPS and navigation. It also offers a good backup solution: data can be backed up automatically or manually to a micro SD card via the settings menu. Less pleasing: the device shows weaknesses in network sensitivity...
- Android 6.0
- Memory expansion
- Low battery life
- Housing quality only mediocre
The Sony Xperia E5 is well equipped for an entry-level smartphone - at least on paper - but in practice there are problems: The casing feels cheap and could be more stable. The camera has some weak points, which is why it is only sufficient for snapshots. The performance is just about OK for the entry-level class...
Sony launches a new entry-level model on the market with the Xperia E5. The specifications show it as such, the test confirms the assumptions, partly even with outliers in the mid-range. Nevertheless, it is difficult to warmly recommend the Sony Xperia E5. The price is absolutely at the upper limit of the entry-level segment ?...
