Battery and performance are in the upper range of quality for the price and the light and slim design in combination with the good display are absolutely positive - so far so good. Although there is hardly any added value compared to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G, only the processor is different, there are no glaring disadvantages...

With the 11 Lite 5G NE, Xiaomi has done a lot right and once again proves why the company is one of the top manufacturers worldwide. For less than 400 euros, buyers get a 5G-capable smartphone with a strong camera, plenty of power for everyday tasks and a decent display - packed in a pretty case to boot.
Although both Lite smartphones represent the entry-level variant of their model family, they do not play in the same league. The chic, nippy Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE translates its extra price into sensible features with 5G and OLED, and it also takes better photos. The Honor 50 Lite has stamina, but is lame and, apart from the sheer size of the display, can ultimately only score points with its lower price.
