Hello everyone need your help: One of my Google Home mini no longer works: For two days, all four diodes have been lit continuously (no pulsing) and nothing works anymore. The Google Home mini no longer responds to anything. Trying to unplug it and waiting 2 minutes before plugging it in didn't help. So I tried the reset button: I pressed it for 30 seconds with the device plugged in. One diode lit up green, the rest remained white. After releasing the button, however, there was no change. Also, the voice "Reset" did not come... I also tried the whole thing with the device switched off and holding down Reset when plugging it in. Only one green diode lights up and two instead of 3 white, but otherwise no change :-( I also switched the microphone switch on and off several times without success or effect. I threw the mini out of my Google Home (disconnected) but nothing there either and no new home mini recognised by the app.... Ps: wifi works fine and the other Home and Home mini devices work perfectly in the network. Maybe someone has an idea how I can get them working again or what the problem could be. Device defective?
