Hello I have two questions 1. i can hear myself. 2. in discord or ts i can't hear the others but they can hear me what have i set wrong? best thanks

Have you already checked in TS / Discord under Audio In / Output settings whether this Sound Blaster part is also selected as a recording / playback device?
In TS3 > Top of the bar > Extra > Options > Recording / Playback >
In Discord, simply click on the cogwheel at the bottom and then look at Settings, Sound Settings, it is structured in approximately the same way.
