Hello, The watch is correctly connected to the network. I can send messages from the watch to the phone. But when sending from the phone/xplora application, the message is not received. The message has failed. MESSAGE FAILED. This often happens. Thank you for your feedback.

If school mode is installed, no messages can be sent during this time. If this is not the reason, I would also reinstall the apps.
