Hi, I've just bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G because my previous Redmi Note 10 Pro had battery problems. I find that the redmi note 13 pro feels unpleasant in the hand. I don't know whether it's micro-vibrations, static electricity or emitted waves. In any case, I don't have this bad feeling at all with the redmi note 10. I tested it with and without the case supplied. I've disabled 5G, so that's not where it's coming from. My children confirmed the strange feeling when they picked up the smartphone. Do others confirm this feeling? Or is there something wrong with my copy? Thanks

Helpful answer

Hello, I am very satisfied with my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and would recommend it at any time. I have not experienced the problems mentioned with my device, neither when using it nor when fast charging.

Hello, no similar problems, but does this only happen when the phone is connected to the charger? If so, the problem is with the charger. In any case, the waves, whether 4g or 5g, can't be to blame...

Hello, I've had it since September, no worries about beugg or waves. It is possible that depending on what you wear as clothing sometimes is also a source of static electricity after that remains a possibility without being sure. If in doubt, contact your retailer.
