Question about USB-C Nano Dock

I ordered this product for my new Dell XPS 15 9500 after seeing it in the appropriate accessories for the laptop. However, I now find that I can't charge the laptop with it. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

It works fine for me. the charger of the laptop or any other charger with the necessary power, e.g. 60W, must be connected to the "USB-C Metal 4K Dock" (mark Bliz), the short dock cable then goes to the place where the charger is plugged in.
