I have a question: is it worth switching from andriod to appel in general, not because of price/performance or any other features? I currently own the One Plus 7 Pro and I'm actually pretty happy with it, but I'd like to buy a new phone in the future, but I can't decide if I should try something completely new or stick with andriod.

I've had Android phones almost exclusively for the last few years. The 11 pro Max was the first iPhone in a long time that I found so good in my relevant criteria (battery, display, photos, video and performance) that I couldn't find anywhere else in this combination. I have not regretted the switch - there are some points where Android offers more freedom, but others where Apple offers better integration, for example with an iPad. A matter of taste!
