It's been a year since I ordered and it still hasn't arrived. The delivery is always postponed. Does anyone else have this problem?

We understand your dissatisfaction, this is perfectly normal and we sincerely apologise for the circumstances incurred. It is not in our interest to disappoint our customers with delayed deliveries.

Indeed, the delivery time is supposed to inform you, as accurately as possible, of the time you should expect to wait before receiving the item, once it has been ordered.

However, please note that this time is based on information provided to us by our supplier. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for suppliers or manufacturers themselves to be unable to meet their deadlines and therefore delay the delivery of your item. This is why our website states that we can never guarantee a delivery time.

In such cases, we will inform you immediately by e-mail of the situation and then decide with you what to do with your order.

You also have the option of cancelling your order if you no longer wish to wait for the goods, which we fully understand.
