New monitor has a dull appearance. Colours are not saturated, which cannot be corrected via the configurations. Monitor connected via HDMI and have already tried a different cable. What else can I do?
What is important about USB-C is that it supports data transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbit/s with a resolution of up to 4K at 60 Hz
Many thanks for all the answers!
Quick update:
- Returned the monitor and got a new one.
- The appearance remained the same even with the new monitor...
- The tip with the USB-C has made a noticeable improvement.
Conclusion:
- The screen only delivers sufficient quality when connected via USB-C.
- Unfortunately, the scope of delivery only includes an HDMI, which could have been omitted (poor quality)
--> Those who generally attach great importance to colour fidelity should opt for a different monitor
For me it is connected via USB-C to USB-C and works perfectly I have a good picture I am very satisfied
You can see the monitor just fine... Try it with a PC, otherwise return it
Please check the repeat frequency. It only gave me a good picture via USB-C.
