You are spoilt for choice, so to speak, the Samyang lens would be more suitable for landscapes etc. because of the 12mm focal length for videos rather the Sigma because it has autofocus with the Samyang you have to focus manually. Qualitatively both are very good.
If I were you, I would take the Sigma so it covers all your criteria.
