Clam Pendant Light by Fritz Hansen

The Clam pendant light was designed in connection with the Danish television show "The Next Classic in Denmark." The light is created by the Danish design duo Ahm & Lund, whose names are Isabel and Signe. They were inspired by shells found in nature to create this lamp – hence the Danish name "Musling." Inside, the lamp hides its own pearl: its light.

The lower shade of the Clam light can be adjusted in height, allowing the distance between the two shades to be increased or decreased. When the light is completely turned off, it provides a soft ambient light in the room, and when you open the housing, you can quickly get more light. The pendant light is designed to turn on without glare, making it ideal for illuminating a dining table. The housing is made of opal glass, which, along with the brass details, creates a beautiful and unique look. Perfect for creating lovely lighting and character in interior spaces.
