Hello I have a Samsung 65" and now I want to connect the Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Box, I have already mounted a similar box from Samsung where I have also connected the external devices cd and swisscom. I also have the optical light sensor plugged into it. I don't have an optical connection on the tv itself. How can I now connect the Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Box so that the optical one works? The Sync Box is connected to the Samsung Box via HDMI cable. All devices that are currently connected directly to your Samsung Box via HDMI must be connected to the Sync Box. Only the HDMI cable from your Sync Box is then connected to the Samsung Box. However, you can leave the optical cable, which is responsible for the sound, plugged into the Samsung Box.
