Almost perfect
We have been using the toilet for about two weeks and are very happy with it so far.
The cats accepted it straight away. The toilet is always clean, you save time, so it's a win-win situation đ
The only thing that bothers us a little is that the automatic cleaning is set to 1 minute after use. This cannot be set differently. Someone must know their way around cats ^^.
Others have exactly the same toilet on sale with an app function (the toilet is available from various brands, the manufacturer here is not Trixie). In this app you can set the time when the automatic cleaning should start after the cat has used the toilet. I personally find this important so that the litter has time to clump properly.
For me, the clumps sometimes stick because they are still too wet and don't fall into the container. It's better with the quick-clumping litter from Ever Clean extra strong, but it still happens from time to time. 1 minute just isn't enough!
I even downloaded the app from another operator and lo and behold, it recognises the Trixie toilet in the app. However, if I want to connect, the connection process is interrupted at approx. 30%. It probably has a different firmware. What a pity.
Otherwise, however, we are really very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone.

It does not fulfil expectations
The litter tray cleans too quickly because the club sand cannot bind. It does not clean the faeces and urine clumps. As a result, the toilet is not clean enough and my cat misses. When the toilet rotates, clumps of faeces and urine remain on the ceiling and I have an extra fast-clumping cat litter, but it still doesn't work. And although it says it smells nothing, it smells so strong that my cat no longer uses the toilet.Â

For the price so far ok.2 of 6 cats have already accepted it after a few hours.
