Hello everyone, we have also decided in favour of the litter tray and are very satisfied. However, the light doesn't come on and I always get the error message cat litter tray start failed 🤷🏼♀️ can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
Hello, I've never had this before, but why don't you try the following? The light runs via the Air Smart Spray. Does it work and do you have a connection? Does it show you the battery status? I would disconnect it and reconnect it. If this does not help, write to the manufacturer support. Please give feedback, thank you.
