Question about Petkit Pura Max
My Pura Max notifies me that the container is full and that self-cleaning is not possible, even though the container has already been emptied. What could be the problem? VG
Perhaps there is some clump or something stuck somewhere in the right compartment where the bin is.
Otherwise, long press the ok button and wait a minute or so. If that doesn't work, unplug the whole thing and plug it in again.
