The creation of "Roost" was inspired by a childhood memory: the morning egg collection. The balanced geometry of the egg and the feeling of surprise and the unexpected when opening it were sources of inspiration for this egg cup - a dual object, just like the egg itself. Ideal for enjoying boiled eggs, whether alone or with someone else: when separated, the two halves provide space for two eggs or the top and bottom of a halved egg. Inside, three curved ridges give the egg a secure hold.
