The Alba series features a Ti-X coating, a seal that is made even more durable by an additional titanium layer. The aluminum base with steel plates ensures optimal heat distribution. It has a V-shaped handle. Heat is distributed from the pan body to two bridges, which significantly slows down the heating of the handle at the rear end. The pans are also suitable for the oven, up to 250 °C. The thickness is 4.5 mm. They are compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction, and are dishwasher safe.
