User-friendly ice cream machine with continuous cooling system for professional preparation of ice cream at home. With integrated cooling unit: no pre-freezing of the bowl required. Suitable for continuous operation, thanks to the compressor, cold is generated continuously and very quickly. The cooling system optimizes the transfer of cold and avoids loss of cold. Perfect ice cream and sorbet in approx. 20 -30 minutes. The removable stainless steel bowl holds 1.2 litres and produces 700 g of ice cream. Special stirring element for gentle mixing and stirring of ingredients. Transparent, airtight cover for constant temperature. Also ideal for all types of cold drinks. Die DeLonghi arbeitet sehr flott und bereitet cremiges und lockeres Eis das gut portioniert werden kann. Auch das Befüllen während die Maschine läuft ist durch die Deckelöffnung leicht realisierbar, wobei allerdings bei der Reinigung das Ganze nicht so komfortabel und leicht von statten geht. Zudem ist kein Timer Teil der Ausstattung.
...Das im Vergleich zu den Konkurrenzgeräten sehr laute Motorengeräusch vergällt die Vorfreude auf das fertige Eis. Diese erwies sich leider ohne hin als unberechtigt, da nach der vom Hersteller empfohlenen Zubereitungszeit von 40 Minuten die Sorbetmasse noch vollständig flüssig war...
