The AEG model is distinguished by a neat bundle of accessories (including a potato masher). All the accessories do their job well, but the blending of harder foods is particularly noteworthy: they are uniformly pureed. Furthermore, the model is safe to use and does not require too much pressure. The real weakness of the stand mixer, however, is its very high volume.
