Top price / performance ratio.
I've had the coffee machine in the respective version since the 80s. Pure coffee enjoyment, without "frills". And above all, no plastic or aluminium waste.

Braun coffee maker - works just
Braun coffee maker - works no frills. Brews very good coffee and you do not have to bother with menus and errormessages. Ingeniously simple.
Warning: fully automatic junkies might be overwhelmed, you have to think along and fill water without message. Same goes for used filters - you actually have to dispose of them yourself without a display message and insert a new filter bag...and...you can do that without having a Nobel Prize.
Packaging could be more environmentally friendly.
The old weak point has been there since the beginning of this machine. No water fill, turn on, then fill with water and wait for the legendary burst of steam...why Braun doesn't turn this off....is written in the stars...but: see above, first turn on the thinking pea!Pro

Fulfils its purpose and looks good at the same time
This piece gives you the cheesy feeling of working in an American open-plan office. (including the obligatory daily call: "Who took the last coffee?"). It's indescribable to hear the nostalgic bubbling sound in the office first thing in the morning.
