in retrospect, you're always smarter. i thought ok practical, a little worse than an expensive machine but i save time. but with the cleaning and then letting the individual parts dry after each coffee ... if i had bought an expensive machine with a real milk frother. and the time wasted ordering the free capsules (which can only be done with two orders), i would have invested my time better in work (more money) and bought a machine that doesn't generate 2kg of plastic waste in 1-2 years. i have very little space, which was also one of the reasons i bought it. but i also don't have the space to let the disassembled frother dry every day (7 parts). according to the manual, you have to soak all the parts in soapy water for 30 minutes after every use (!) to clean them.... i'm going to buy a milk frother for 5 CHF and save myself a lot of money with the time i've saved. you might be able to make a latte with it, but not a cappucino. update: if you press the frother in by hand during the process, it even makes a proper cappucino.

Perfect coffee machine, delivery was superb, arrived the next morning and had the best coffee i had!

Good but not perfect
We exchanged our pixie to this Lattissima One. Unfortunately most of our mugs does not fit properly under the coffee nozzle. Obviously it was designed to be mainly used with nespresso mugs/cups. The design is very nice, but the usability could be improved.
