Ordered for the office, too expensive in my opinion.

The filter serves its purpose, although I doubt whether the adjustable hardness level on the filter capsule itself can have any effect.
Ultimately, however, the filter is simply too expensive; until recently, there were generic filters, which are unfortunately no longer available; and even this filter is shown as discontinued on the manufacturer's website.Pro

too expensive, descaling is much cheaper
After less than 3 months, this filter had to be replaced.
This makes coffee enjoyment too expensive in the long run.
The coffee tastes delicious even without this filter - I could not notice any change in taste with or without the filter.
Periodic descaling is indicated by the appliance, is easy to perform, much cheaper and involves less waste.Contra
