Hi, I bought the dreame h12 in november and I've noticed that it leaves a lot of marks on the floor. I have the impression that the marks correspond to the rubber squeegee next to the roller because you can feel lines on the rubber strip when you touch it. how can i make sure there are no more of these marks. thank you

Helpful answer

Hello
Regarding the stripes on the floor:
1. it could be that too much or the wrong cleaning agent is being used.
Always follow the instructions. (Also add water first and then the cleaning agent)
2. the Dreame only cleans
only cleans most efficiently when moving forwards "direction of rotation of the roller, wiping and sucking up the dirty water"

Hello Leogol
We have had the Dreame for over a year and I have never seen these streaks on the floor. I will admit that I have mostly bought the Dreame product for this machine and it cleans well. The only problem is that it holds 500ml and is not cheap. Another product I have tried with success is the Bissell Wash and Refresh (item number 7036250 - I have a different Bissel product, that's why), and at least for me there is no difference with the Dreame product.
Also check out what another customer wrote about the amount of product in the container.
Best regards

I don't have that much experience yet as I've only owned it for six months.
It is possible that you have not cleaned the appliance properly. To do this, place the appliance on the charging station after use. It will then automatically charge fully and then clean the appliance.
However, you should then empty and clean the waste water tank. Then refill the container with the cleaning agent and make it ready for use again.
You can also remove the cleaning roller and wash it out by hand - or remove any residue.
Since then, we have always had a very good cleaning result.
Hope this helps
