The organic initial fertilization provides tomatoes and vegetables with nutrients for the first four weeks, and herbs for the first eight weeks. After that, it is advisable to apply additional fertilization tailored to the specific needs of the plants.

"The soil must be loosened before use so that it is free of lumps and compaction. Planting in containers: For planting home-grown or purchased herbs, fill the plant container up to 1 cm below the rim with COMPO BIO Tomato, Vegetable and Herb Soil. Press the plants down lightly and form a watering rim from the soil. Then water carefully. Greenhouse: Spread COMPO BIO Tomato, Vegetable and Herb Soil 5 cm deep on the greenhouse floor. Place the young plants, e.g. tomatoes, at a distance of approx. 80 cm, fill the planting hole with COMPO BIO Tomato, Vegetable and Herb Soil, press down lightly and water."
