Hardy plant that can be continuously harvested from spring to autumn. Perennial. From February to May, sow in pots, seed trays, or forcing beds; from May, sow directly outdoors, and from mid-May in a warm, sunny location, with a spacing of 15 x 20 cm. Keep the soil loose and weed-free. It promotes appetite and digestion, and also has mucolytic properties.
