This device is perfectly suited for servicing machines in control cabinets. It features a high-contrast display with 4000 counts, which is exceptionally readable in all lighting conditions. Especially in poorly lit control cabinets, this model outperforms conventional clamp meters. The display shows 4-digit values up to 3999, regardless of the position of the decimal point.

The True RMS measurement allows for accurate measurement of asymmetrical voltages and currents that deviate from the fundamental form of the sine wave. Asymmetrical voltages often occur in power controllers such as dimmers, speed controllers, switched-mode power supplies, pulsed chargers, or electronic speed controllers in model building. Conventional average-value measuring devices can show significant measurement deviations in these measurement tasks.
