Apple shows performance - on March 8, 2022
New iPads? New iPhones? New Macs? Apple invites you to the spring event under the motto "Performance".
The e-mail with sender Apple is short. A picture of a colored apple, the date March 8, 2022, the time 7 p.m. and three sentences:

It is still unclear which devices and software will be unveiled. Or whether devices and software will be presented at all. The tech portal Heise.de expects "new hardware in all major product categories of the manufacturer". Three unknown iPhone numbers - A2595, A2783 and A2784 - would give clues to new iPhones, which probably point to an iPhone SE with 5G. Furthermore, the magazine expects new iPads with A15 chip and 5G. It also says new model numbers have been registered that point to new Macs. Heise further speculates that the M2 chip will be unveiled - but also more powerful M1 and M1 Max computers.
