The predecessor of the G502 is still very popular with gamers. The design has been almost completely adopted by the newer model. However, the G402 does not have the switchable scroll wheel and offers only eight programmable buttons instead of eleven. The Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury is an excellent gaming mouse that will meet most demands. Deductions are made for the too angular side buttons and the somewhat poorly placed DPI switch. Otherwise, the G402 offers everything you would expect from a gaming mouse.
The new gaming mouse fits well in the hand and already has various functions. However, the user can change the programming himself or herself using the included software. When playing, however, the new edition of the Mais is somewhat fragile, so that it does not suit players with a rather aggressive technique.
