Question about G5 Essential - 570098
The Z-Book G9 does not charge via the docking station, which alternative product should I use?
I'll have to pass. Only have a Spectr X360

Unfortunately I don't have a Z-Book G9! Install Thunderbolt software via WLAN when docking station is connected.
Windows Update > Advanced Options > Install Optional Updates.
Try it on all USB-C ports (the small ones!) on your notebook with the cable coming out of the bottom of the docking station!

With the USB-C cable that comes with the docking station, the notebook charges just fine. I have been using it for several months without any problems.
