Question about the connection of Sony XM4 to Samsung TV via Bluetooth The headphones are ok so far, I already had the predecessor and was satisfied. I want to use the new headphones more with the Samsung TV via Bluetooth. I have a problem here: if I set it to best sound quality, the connection keeps cracking, even though I'm only 2 metres from the TV. If I switch to best connection in the APP, everything in the connection is better without crackling and interruptions, but the voices with lips are no longer in sync? Slight delay of the voice. In the TV, a higher delay of the sound than 0 can be set, but not negatively, so that the picture is slightly delayed. Does anyone have the same problem or solution ? Thx.

I found out that you can take the tv sound to your mobile phone with a samsung mobile phone via smart things and then with the cable it works without any problems.

I have the same problem. I use the headphones for top music enjoyment, for which they are very suitable, and also to watch films on the Samsung TV without the family waking up. Unfortunately it is not suitable for this. Constant hacking, e.g. on YouTube, as if it didn't have enough bandwidth (quality is on better connection) and with rented films or Netflix, recurring wrong synchronisation. I regret the purchase quite a bit. What can I do about it? I'm a bit desperate. Greetings

Can't help you, but I might have the same problem. I also have a Samsung TV, but it's broken anyway (all connections broken, bad connection, etc...). I thought the interruptions were in the same box. But maybe not. Do you have the crackling not always, but in 'waves'? And does it crackle, and then the sound is gone for a tenth of a second? I only have this problem on the TV. It would be nice to have one less problem, although it doesn't matter any more :).
