I have the processor cooled by a be quiet! Dark Rock Pro TR4, together with an RX 5700XT graphics card on a Corsair RM850x *2018* (850W) power supply, which works very well so far. However, I am currently only using one HDD in addition to my SSD.
Of course, it depends on what other components have been installed. But I would say that in combination with a high-end GPU it should be sufficient.
