exactly the same experience as Alex. unfortunately not good.

I don't have a direct comparison with the previous version, but the voice quality is too poor in my opinion. I first wanted to use the headset for business, but was disappointed and had to switch to the business headset. Otherwise, acceptable for private use: talking to colleagues on the phone from time to time.
