Question about BackBeat FIT - 98297
I ordered the product about 8 months ago and used it regularly until autumn. Was very satisfied. But now that I have taken it out again and charged it, it no longer works. It initially lit up red when charging. After a few hours I removed it from the charger. I can no longer switch it on. When I plug it back into the charger, nothing lights up. What can I do?

I have exactly the same behaviour. Through the winter season not used and now in spring no more charging and switching on possible. These are my second BackBeats. The first ones, which had the same behaviour, were replaced under warranty. What a pity ...
Since the unit probably still has a warranty, you could send it in for inspection.
