I have a problem with the DJI Mini 3 Pro and there are the same messages on the internet: when I have taken pictures and connected the SD card to my PC via card reader, I get the message that the card needs to be formatted. Not always, but it can happen. I have tested it with two very good and fast Samsung EVO Plus and Pro Plus, both 128 GB, U3, UHS-I. Read and write speed more than necessary. The problem is discussed in great detail here: https://mavicpilots.com/threads/video-memory-card-problem-with-my-new-mini-3-pro.132784/ . I don't see a solution until the end of the discussion. In the drive management, the SD cards then had a RAW file system instead of ExFat for me. I tried 3 different card readers and it happened with all of them. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Has this also happened to you? Is it possibly to do with the order of switching off the drone first and then the remote control? My only solution at the moment is to connect the drone directly to the PC. Strangely, however, I then see two drives. A small one with about 1.5 GB and the big one with the rest.

Hello Richard
I am making the same observations as you. I have used various SanDisk cards. With several card readers, the same messages always came up.
Finally I get by when I connect the Mini directly to the MAC. 2 folders are displayed, the external card and the "internal storage".
