It seems to be getting more frequent. It has now started to happen to me too. Have there already been any solutions? Do I have to send the device in?

Try the following steps:
-Make sure you use the USB Type-C cable that came with the headset.
-Make sure the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and to the USB power adapter or computer.
-Make sure the USB power adapter is firmly plugged into the power outlet.
-Check that the computer is turned on.
-Reactivate the computer if the computer is in standby (power saving) or sleep mode.
-If using Windows 8.1, update with Windows Update.
-Restart the computer and check if the situation has improved.
-Reset the headset.
