What are your "HotSpot" temperatures under full load? I ran Furmark for 15 minutes and got over 105°C at the HotSpot and 83°C GPU temperature.
Under what conditions? With standard settings of the graphics card (Amplify Mode), in a closed case and Furmark in 1280x720 (windowed mode), I get GPU 68.0°C / Hotspot 81.6°C at maximum - read out with GPU-Z 2.52.0. Fans then rotate at around 2400 revolutions (72%), the card draws up to 333.7W at maximum, 319.5W on average.
