Take a clean cloth and a silicone-free detergent or alcohol and make sure your surface is nice and clean.2. Peel an Adhesive Strip from its backing and position it vertically on the surface with the tab towards the bottom. Press down across the entire surface for five seconds.3. Take off the protective foil from both strips and carefully align each screw with the top edge of each one, with the screw heads at the top. Next fold the screws down onto the adhesive area of the respective strip right above the red line. 4. Slide the red toggle up to unlock the screw head, move it to the desired position and then slide the toggle back down.5. Stretch the strip down, parallel to the wall. Without pressing the screw onto the surface, pull it directly down towards the floor - not away from the surface or diagonally. It is this stretching motion that releases the thousands of tiny bonds that make up the adhesive surface.
