This cup is simply perfect. Not too big, not too small. It can be adapted in many ways to make coffee and, thanks to its simple design, it can also be used as an aperitif or for verrines.
As for the production, after an initial firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive glazes of different colours are applied to the stoneware, giving it a unique and deep relief structure, similar to the membrane of an eye. The appearance of colour nuances from one piece to another is the result of a skilful combination of firing techniques and the way in which the glaze is applied.
The Iris collection is a subtle blend of restraint and originality. Its black exterior adds an elegant and refined touch to your table, while the reactive glazes on the inside give it a deep and unique relief texture. The Wild Brown version features a pigmented disc with infinite colours reminiscent of our optical system, giving your dishes a dazzlingly organic look.
