SureFlap recognizes cats by their unique microchip. It only opens for your pet, preventing strays or neighborhood cats from entering your home. It detects the existing microchip of the animal (no collar required), is compatible with all common microchip formats, stores up to 32 microchip numbers, and operates on 4 x AA batteries for up to 12 months. It includes 2 parts for easy installation and fits doors up to 6 cm thick without additional accessories. The cat flap can also be installed in glass - 3 mm to 6 cm thick - a mounting adapter is required for all glass installations. For non-chipped animals, the RFID collar tag can be used.
