For many years, the "Professional" cookware series from the Austrian traditional brand Mäser has been a classic in alpine gastronomy and is, of course, also suitable for hobby cooks with high standards. The extensive series made of stainless, acid-resistant, and flavor-neutral chrome-nickel steel is particularly robust, featuring a body thickness of 0.7 mm and cold metal handles that are riveted four times. The 5 mm thick encapsulated sandwich base is finished with a full-surface induction plate made of stainless steel, ensuring quick heating on any type of stove, optimal and even heat distribution, as well as long-lasting heat retention. The frying pans, coated with the abrasion-resistant, ceramic-reinforced ILAG Granitec coating, are ideal for health-conscious frying without the addition of fat and are oven-safe up to 240 degrees. The non-stick pans are generally dishwasher safe; however, for particularly long-lasting use, we recommend hand washing with soft materials and using non-metal kitchen utensils.
